Our Story
G Suites Luxury Rentals started its operation in Küçük Kaymaklı in central Nicosia in 2018. The facility, which has 24 luxury room options, is managed by İlkay M Genç Limited, one of the long-established companies of Cyprus. G-Suites draw attention with its location close to Turkish Republic Nicosia Embassy, TRNC State Offices, Banks, Shopping Centers, Restaurants, cinemas, and universities. The hotel is 22km from Ercan Airport, 31km from Kyrenia, and 2km from the frequently visited Nicosia Surici and the popular shopping street Dereboyu.
G-Suites includes 15 35m2 Superior Rooms and 9 25m2 Standard Rooms, and each room is designed to meet every need of its guests. Each room includes either 2 single beds or 1 double bed of high quality. The room has a long list of features including a phone, a fire detector, dry-wet extinguishing system, a safe for money, a private bathroom, 32” Led TV, a central air conditioner, a hair dryer, a water heater, free wi-fi, and a mini kitchen. The Mini Kitchen includes a refrigerator, a microwave oven, and kitchen tools and supplies. All guests of the hotel receive pillows, bathrobes, slippers that come in two sizes, bedsheets and quilts, citrus essence shampoo, and shower gels free of charge. G-suites provides its guests with breakfast packages free of charge. The 3-story hotel features an elevator, a generator, the reception desk, a parking lot, a smoking area in the garden, and closed-circuit security camera system.
